PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO COMPLETION. I needed a large sidewalk section lifted and was recommended to another company in Crystal Lake. I had called in early summer and was told due to Corona they were not coming to Sprig Grove yet but would be in about 2 weeks so I should call back then. I actually waited 6 weeks and called again only to be told they still were not coming to my area. I started looking for another company and chose A-Proseal based on the good reviews. I couldn't be happier. The owner came out the next morning and gave me an estimate followed up by an email with the proposal that I could approve and sign online within the hour. That was followed by an appointment email. He had someone available to come the next day but I had a conflict so made the appointment for 2 days later. The man who came to do the work was very professional and did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with including the woman who manages the office were very friendly and pleasant to deal with The whole experience was handled in speedy and professional manner so I would highly recommend this company.

Hired this company to install 3 window well drains last year in August. The drains have been effective, even through all the heavy rains this year. The price was fair, and the crew was professional. A-proseal is a company I would recommend to anyone that needs there basement drain tile replaced.After I received the estimate and agreed to the contact the job was completed in four days. I’m very pleased with the price, the work and the finished product. I hired A-Proseal to fix my sump pump pit and basin in my home's crawl space that was not installed properly by the previous owner. They did an awesome job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company for any basement and sump pump issues.

I recently purchased a building with a foundation in severe disrepair - standing water, two walls cracked and bowing inward, and only one sump pit that couldn't keep up. Fernando and team from A-Proseal were terrific from the first appointment. They proposed the right solutions, provided an extremely competitive price, and completed this complex project in just 4 days (interior drain tile throughout the entire 2200 sq ft basement, epoxy inject all cracks, additional sump pit with drain pipe properly buried to depth, and applied 9 carbon fiber straps for additional bracing). An 8-man crew showed up early on day 1 and worked long hours each day. They have an excellent system/operation. Our basement is now bone dry, smells incredibly better, and just feels better. I wouldn't think twice about who to call if ever I needed another building repaired. Thanks again guys.

I had a great experience with A Proseal, not once but several times. First time they really saved me during my home purchase when I wanted to have a few foundation cracks inspected, other big water proofing companies said they can come 3 weeks out, A Proseal came in under 5 days. After closing they repaired the cracks for my peace of mind, gave me a good price. Later another crack was discovered behind a wall, water was seaping in and damaged my carpet. A Proseal came out again and repaired the crack, gave me a little discount for being a repeat customer. All the staff I had over are super nice and professional. I will only call A Proseal for my water proofing needs. Thanks guys!

These guys are the best! We initially had them install piers on our crawlspace, a job that the big name basement waterproofing companies quoted 3x what aproseal did it for. They did such a good job, and were so easy to deal with, we ended up having them install a French drain, and encapsulate our dirt crawl space.

I have used A-Proseal on two different houses and three separate jobs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, they are super knowledgeable and just get it done every time. I had multiple cracks in the basements of two houses and there have been no recracks since, they have been bone dry. On another job I had them also run my sump out to the back of the yard which required a lot of excavation, they finished it all in one day. These guys don’t screw around, they deliver as promised. Just give them a buzz, you won’t be disappointed.

Hired to redig drainage on outside of house. Fernando was great to work with. The 3 workers that did the job were on time, courteous, and did a great job. They were also very fairly priced. Other companies we had out to quote tried to upsell and get us to buy things we didn’t need. Fernando was honest and only suggested what would actually solve the problem. We used to get some water through a basement window due to bad drainage. Since A-Proseal did their work we haven’t had any issues! Highly recommended!

I originally called 3 other companies and didnt like some of the answers I was getting. One company told me it would be a week before they could get anyone out. I called A Proseal and was able to talk to owner directly. Fernando came out and gave me a reasonable price for repairing a cracked foundation and came out at 8pm even after he had a booked day. That is customer service. I had water coming in and they were able to fix the crack from floor to ceiling. I highly recommend them. They do quality work at a fair price and were very professional. These guys take pride in their work and were very meticulous in making sure the job was done right. Back again on 2/26/18. Same great service. Foundation around drain pipes was cracked and soaked my carpet in the basement. Fernando and his team are top notch. I wouldn't use anyone else. They provide really quality work at a reasonable cost. Call these guys because they know what they are doing. Couldn't be happier now that I found them

I have never been happier with a company. I recently bought a house and found some water issues. 2 previous contractors came in and tried to oversell AND over charge me. Fernando was fair, and super duper knowledgeable. I have trust issues so I went online and researched everything…he was spot on. I am soooooo incredibly happy with him and his crew. The work performed looks great, solid, and professional. The technician was polite and explained things well. He even helped dismantle a wall-mounted shelf that was in the way. The only criticism would be in the future, the technician should at least ask permission before using customers' personal property. The tech used a ladder that I had in the basement without asking. This is not only lacking in courtesy, but this could be a liability issue if something happened. At my place of work, outside contractors are not permitted to use our equipment (including ladders) because we are not responsible for damages if they do use our stuff. Because this work was performed in a house, the issue of liability is even more murky. It probably best that techs are told to never use a customer's personal tools.

For many years we dealt with the frustration of water in the basement every time it rained hard. Last fall we had Eddie from Pro-Seal come and waterproof our basement. After the first rain we had water in the basement again and when we called Eddie he came out right away - he identified the problem and fixed it. It is now springtime and we have had a week of rain and it is wonderful not to have any water in the basement. I highly recommend A-Proseal - they stand by their guarantee and will keep working to make sure the job is done right. The only thing I would have done different - I wish we would have called them years ago we would have saved ourselves a lot of frustration and sleepless nights mopping up water.

We wanted to give a local small business company a chance...used us waterproofing in past but wasn't happy with there response.. i called n talked to Fernando when he came out n was very pleased...he set up time n followed thru with his brother n great crew...we finally got a bad rain n my wife always was a nervous wreck...but his expert work we had no seeping or leakage after he fixed problem...added a new drain went a foot below easement resealed easement ...refraded made a flood drain. Hired pro-seal for 3 separate jobs at 3 different property’s. My home first had a foundation leak. Estimate was fair, the 2 men came, did the job, cleaned up, not a drop of water since.
